Entropy Restaurant and Bar is on Dover Street - next to the Little Theatre, opposite the pay and display car park and just 200m from the train station! Our lunch, pre theatre and a la carte menus can be enjoyed in the modern and elegant first floor restaurant - an environment contrasted with the intriguing view of city life from the vast floor to ceiling windows. Or, for a more intimate experience, book our private dining room for groups of up to 20. Our modern European menu is developed by our accomplished chefs with the emphasis on the seasonality of locally sourced ingredients. We employ modern culinary developments such as low temperature controlled cooking through use of digitally controlled stirred water baths, as well as more traditional cooking techniques such as proving our own naturally leavened sourdough breads. The result is cooking that is both technically precise yet unpretentious. Wines are selected exclusively from small independent vineyards or cooperatives. The bar on the ground floor is open for Mon-Sat 11am –11pm – join us for drinks and bar food whilst watching our chefs work through the fish tank full of Yellow Tangs!
